Perhaps it is an appropriate time to explain who I am and why I feel it necessary to commence the structuring of another system when we already have innumerable world wide and what makes me think I can draft up a reasonable approach to a harmonized sane world
In other words
WHO THE HELL AM I?
I am just an individual that due to happenstance of June 30 2005 five years ago when I was 62 and a whole lot like any individual in the lower levels of the Lower Tier 90% majority without a clue of the goings on in the political world having no doubt there was a certain corruption about them, but that particular day of June began a new stage of my life that I was just beginning to shut down having retired August 2004 from a forty year career in legal property surveys, most familiar with law in that environment and how much value pertinent information had to an efficient and effective approach for quality and profit for my employers, and of course always needed to prove my necessity as of course we are all expendable.
I began my career with the Department of Highways of Ontario in April of 64 where I passed my party chief exams to become part of the management team and left the end of December 73 to venture the private sector real world and in 1990 left my managers position in a small Brampton Survey Office when the economy was under siege again and joined the City of Scarborough Properties management team for a much lesser position in the field, but greater salary and much greater benefits with Pension that was not available in the private sector, with shorter hours that did not make much difference to me as I always took my work home, dedicated to being as knowledgeable as I could be in the career I had settled in, always needing to know precisely what needed to be accomplished, and what methods were available to achieve them always keeping an eye open for new technology and simpler ways of doing things to the highest standards.
Nobody can ever accuse the government of being so dedicated although assuredly I chanced upon one at the City of Scarborough who was with me through amalgamation with the City of Toronto right up to my retirement who was was well versed in the various technological innovations, however as for survey law got his the same way as government personnel do handed down through traditional ways of old school technology, with none having a firm grasp of law, but didn't matter who was to call them on it?

What are you going to do when you are serious about the thing, and whats the purpose of knowing a thing to just stand around picking your nose while absurdities are going on right in front of the same nose, perhaps a good idea to pick or blow it before you get your nose into what other people are doing in case they feel the necessity to punch it, just cannot imagine how embarrassing it would be for him to end up with a booger on his fist after hitting a bugger, but in general they would just explain what they were thinking that had already been made quite clear to me before interrupting that they weren't familiar with the concept.
Well that is not what this exercise is about having covered it in other material, just wanted to give you a bit of an idea where I am coming from.
No I have no political background nor am I a lawyer that should you take the time to examine the evidence throughout the Charter Democracy Force sites you will know that is a particularly good attribute, determined only to get to the TRUTH of things I deemed necessary to achieve my goal, being a humongously far greater project than I have ever taken on before, but like everything simply one appropriate step at time directly advancing head on until obstructed, ponder a new recourse and go for it and in the end I have a preponderance of irrefutable evidence that corruption isn't just coincidental in the government, but it is specifically what they do, advance, ransack and cover up all trace as best they can, and when an individual gets wise to them, so what, they have the entire system fixed to protect them financed by the taxpayer, and if an individual makes it through the gauntlet they will settle silently, not needing to stir up the public because then they will have to go into plan "B" bewilder them with the aid of the media, orchestrate a path out ... quite often lengthy so they drain the tax coffers as best they can without causing an uproar with the $18,000,000 spent investigating Mulroney, with RCMP evidence collected assuredly just set aside as they did with mine explained on many of my sites, but the most damning evidence is that of the admittance by the Law Society addressing an entirely different issue than what originally set me on course to unravel their conspiracy, however it is extremely pertinent as they finally responded to my complaint against one of their members in which I was inquiring as to what rights he has to trample all over mine stating that their members only obligation is to vigorously advance the interests of their clients. Their statements are signed and confirmed by several staff proving the arrogant confidence they have to be the ultimate imbiciles.
Later they adamantly stated that they are not required to look at evidence against their member citing their mandate under the Law Society Act that the Ontario Attorney General administers in which it states that he is not accountable to the provisions of the Act that just goes on and on with me having them completely surrounded backed into a corner with absolutely no legitimate way out, but that is not the game they play with me left having a firm grasp on the tigers tail.
This is explained many places throughout my sites, but off hand Free R Fine will give you reasonable incite of what they think of lawyers that disrupt their judge's bribery income removing his licence and locking him in solitary confinement, been there for over 14 months now because the courts need to be trusted and how could that possibly be if they started to allow TRUTH into their courts.
I am not sure how this got to court, but anyway it just doesn't matter because they have ways and means to deal with everything and in this case the Governor simply signed a few papers to admonish the judges, after all you cannot go around charging them for what they are bribed to do with taxpayer money eh?
Justice against their conspiracy is obviously an impossibility with the media cooperating with them, with only 345 persons signing the petition to get Richard free, while CNN assuredly knows about it as do media across Canada who I have informed, but locking Richard in solitaire has a certain revenge aspect, but more importantly it is meant to get the message out to the profession and media that we will not have any TRUTHS in our courts against our most "Learned and assuredly squeaky clean Honourable" for all through the house of dirty louse there assuredly is "Honour Among Thieves" that must have each others backs or Hush a Hush a we all fall down which I have penciled in Capitalist Pig Terrestrial Fall 2010 www.cptf2010.com, but not before offering them them the chance, but they have been rather reluctant to run them self through, and just by luck I am accommodating hoping everyone is particularly coherent to the context intended by me. I know damn well they will have to come to me, because I know those bastards if I went to their office to be run through they would charge me for the mess I made of their rug.
I stand correcting myself with further pondering more attentive to reality I suppose they would wrap the rug around me making it convenient to dispose of me and simply charge the taxpayer for a new rug of which they could all have a decent vacation too being a most strenuous stressing job, finding another rug the same.
Well no point in conjecture ... I'll get back to you on that when I know the TRUTH.

Scholars in Earth's Sciences will be assembled world wide attentive to what needs to be done to change seemingly waste land to most beneficial and where present technology and knowledge fails the challenge populaces will be moved to areas that promise a quality of life producing what is natural to the environment inhabited with great attentiveness to be self efficient to region or country where nobody will hold any groups hostage to their need and if found guilty of such pathetic inhumanity will be removed of the wealth that they used for advantage that will be fairly redirected to where most needed as we aid each other up to our ultimate potential with everyone a contributing member of society
The Fundamentals of Humanism will be stringently enforced for the enjoyment of all
